Here are a few important details to help you prepare: 1. Guest Arrival Please plan to arrive between 10:30 and 10:45 AM. This will give you time to make the short walk to our ceremony site and find a seat. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 11:00 AM. Please note: there is only one path to the ceremony, and late arrivals will not be able to access the seating area once the ceremony has started. 2. Weather The ceremony will be held outdoors, rain or shine. While we’re hoping for sunshine, we’ll be ready with rain ponchos for everyone-just in case! Please dress accordingly and come prepared for the weather. 3. Accessibility We’ve reserved parking spots close to the lake and behind the lodge for guests who may need a shorter walk to the ceremony and reception areas. If this would be helpful for you, please reach out in advance so we can provide directions and ensure everything is ready for your arrival. 4.
